Mrs. Richard Strong, a former well known resident of Galt, Ontario, passed away on July 28th at the home of her son-in-law, Albert Harris, barrister of Newark, N.J. Mrs. Strong was in her 68th year, was born In Galt, the oldest daughter of the late George T. Strickland, of Galt. Her husband the late Richard Strong, was a druggist for years in Galt. She is survived by one son, Capt. Talbot Strong, who after serving 4 years in the Great War, has resided in London, England: also one daughter, Mrs. Albert Harris, of Newark. Four brothers and two sisters also survive\emdash John R. Strickland, of Essex; Albert of Brantford: James and Fred in California; Mrs. C. Playter, Toronto; and Mrs. Wm. Kerr, Gail, The funeral took place on July 31st at Galt.
