Notes:

Henry H. McPhail died in the hospital yesterday after a protracted illness. The late Mr. McPhail was the eldest son of the late Edward McPhail, of the old Toronto firm of McPhail, Brewer & McPhail, Government book publishers, of which the deceased was a member. He was 75 years of age, and had been retired from active busines since 1913. For a number of years he and his wife have had a cottage at Centre Island, where they resided most of the time. Surviving are his wife and two daughters, Mrs. P MacGachen and Mrs. H. Strathy.
