ROSENBERG, Herbert E.

At the Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Thursday, July 30th, 1992, in his 85th year, a retired employee of Newlands Textile, after 48 years. A member of the Royal Canadian Legion Galt Branch #121, Cambridge and served with the Highland Light Infantry during W. W. II. Beloved husband of Laura, dear father of Maureen and her husband Bruce Mitchell, Karen and her husband Dieter Lehmann, all of Cambridge, and Mavis and her fiance Wayne Pope of Downsview and father-in-law of Lois Rosenberg of Cambridge. Predeceased by a son Charles Edward. Loving grandfather of sixteen grandchildren and twenty-five great-grandchildren. Mr. Rosenberg is resting at the COUTTS AND SON FUNERAL HOME, 96 St. Andrews St., Cambridge, where the family will receive friends, Sunday, 2-4 and 7- 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel, on Monday, at 1: 30 p.m., with Rev. Stephen Hendry officiating. Interment, Mount View Cemetery.
