At Hilltop Manor Nursing Home, on Tuesday, August 28, 2001, in her 94th year. Beloved wife of the late James Carruthers. Dear mother of Jim Carruthers of Cambridge. She was predeceased by her daughter, Eleanor Ann in 1946. Wreatha was a past president of the Galt and Preston Horticulture Society; past member of the Ladies Auxiliary at Knox's Presbyterian Church and was involved with fundraising with the Canadian Diabetic Association. Resting at the Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas St., Cambridge, where the family will receive friends, tonight (Thursday), from 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place at the Corbett Funeral Home Chapel, 95 Dundas St., Cambridge, on Friday, August 31, 2001, at 11 a.m. Interment Mount View Cemetery.
