Was called into the presence of his Lord, at St. Michael's Hospital, Toronto, on Sunday, October 8, 2000, in his 88th year. Beloved husband of June Kerr of Toronto. Loving father of Paul and wife Mary of Guelph and Donna and her husband Hugh Swain of Whitby and foster father of Ian Bowie and his wife Janice of Langley B.C. Dear grandpa of 11 grandchildren and Poppa of 18 great-grandchildren. He will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by his family and friends, for his affection, sense of humour and zeal for Jesus Christ. Rev. Kerr was a pastor for over 50 years and spent his last full-time pastorate of 13 years, with Temple Baptist Church, in Cambridge. Friends will be received at Temple Baptist Church, 400 Holiday Inn Drive, Cambridge, from 10 a.m., until the funeral service time of 11 a.m., on Wednesday, October 11, 2000. Interment Preston Cemetery, Cambridge.
