Of Cambridge, passed away, at his residence, on Saturday, April 21, 2001, in his 72nd year. Beloved husband of Frances (nee Jones) and loving father of Angela Mahoney and her husband Thomas of England, Geraldine Oram and her fiance Paul Zammitt of Beaverton, Lorraine Emmerson and her husband Don of Paris, Ont. and Michelle Oram and her husband Bruce Morton of Kitchener; dear grandfather of Christian, Matthew, Michael, David, Jacqueline and Laura and great-grandfather of James; loving brother of Joan Bedford of Cambridge. Mr. Oram was predeceased by his parents, George and Alice. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Galt Branch 121, as well as the Knights of Columbus Galt 2184 Council. Resting, at Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas St., Cambridge, where the family will receive friends on Tuesday, from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial, to be celebrated on Wednesday, April 25, 2001, at 10 a.m., at St. Ambrose RC Church, Father M. McHugh celebrant. Interment, Mount View Cemetery.
