Of Water Street North, Cambridge, at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Wednesday April 11, 1990, in her 86th year. Beloved wife of Lawrence Oakes. Predeceased by brothers; William, Alfred and Jack Rose and sisters; Mary Daniel, Sister St. Ivan and Agnes Meihm. Mrs. Oakes was a resident of Cambridge, all of her life and was a member of St. Patricks R.C. Church, The Catholic Womens League, The Alter Society and the Franciscan Mission. Resting at the CORBETT FUNERAL HOME, 95 Dundas Street, Cambridge, where friends will be received on Thursday (today), from 7-9 p.m. and Friday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial, will be held from St. Patricks R.C. Church, Wellington Street, Cambridge, on Tuesday, April 17, 1990, at 11 a.m. Interment, Mount View Cemetery.
