    KITCHEN, Jason Charles "Jay"

    It is with great sadness that Chris Kitchen announces the death of her beloved son, Jay on Saturday, Dec. 10, 2005 at St. Mary's Hospital, in his 34th year. He also leaves behind his grandmother, Phyllis Kitchen of Cambridge. Always remembered by his aunt Toni and her partner Robert Michel of Smithville, Ontario. Jay will be especially missed by his little buddy, Chopper. Predeceased by his grandfather, Charlie Kitchen. Jay loved life and lived it his own way. Jay's family will receive their friends and family at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge, on Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2005, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Please join Jay's family at St. John's Anglican Church, 567 Queenston Rd. Cambridge on Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2005, at 1 p.m., to help celebrate his life. Interment to follow at Park Lawn Cemetery.
