    WEAVER. Abraham Weaver was born in Snyder Co., Pa., May 27, 1850; died May 13, 1930; aged 79 y. 11 m. 16 d. He moved to Canada when a young man. In 1878 he was married to Mary Zeller. To this union were born 8 children, 2 of whom died in infancy. He leaves his widow, 6 children, and 13 grandchildren. He will be missed in the church, where he always was when health permitted and where he was an attentive and prayerful listener. Funeral services were conducted by Abr. Gingerich at the home, by Moses M. Brubacher at the St. Jacobs Mennonite Church, and by Jesse B. Martin at the grave. Interment in Cressman Cemetery, Breslau, Ont.

    Weaver, Simeon, son of Mr. and Mrs. Abraham Weaver, was born at Bloomingdale, Ont. Sept. 13, 1881; died at the K-W Hospital, Jan. 12, 1969; aged 87 y. 3 m. 30 d. On Dec. 25, 1907, he was married to Rachel Martin, who died Aug. 19, 1945. On June 26, 1946, he was married to Vera Cressman, who survives. In 1934, he was ordained to the office of deacon and served the Floradale congregation. Surviving are 2 brothers (David and Wesley) and one sister (Mrs. Jacob Good). He was a member of the Floradale Church, where funeral services were held Jan. 15, with Gerald Good and Vernon Leis officiating

He leaves to mourn his wife, the former Valetta Bowman and seven children; Witherow W. of Rocky Mountain House, Alta., Ruth (Mrs. Eli Burkhart) of Floradale, Roy E. and Mrs. Irene Martin, both of Kitchener, Ira D. of Elmira, Ruby at home and Reta (Mrs. Frank Weaver) of Route 2, Alma; 21 grandchildren survive; he is also survived by one sister, Mrs. Irene Good of St. Jacobs and one brother, David of Castor, Alta.; he was predeceased by his parents, Abraham B. Weaver and Mary Zeller and brothers, Simeon, Edwin, and Lincoln, and two in infancy. Friends may call at the Dreisinger Funeral Parlor, Elmira, after 7 p.m. Tuesday, until noon Thursday, when removal will be made to Calvary United Church, St. Jacobs, for memorial service at 2 p.m. Interment will be at Calvary United cemetery, St. Jacobs.     WEAVER, Roy E. Passed away peacefully at St. Mary's Hospital on Monday, June 4, 2012, age 78 years. Predeceased by his beloved wife Marjorie (Karn 1992), his parents Wesley and Viletta (Bowman) Weaver, brothers Withrow and Ira, and sisters Irene Martin and Ruby Weaver. Sadly missed by sisters Ruth (Eli) Burkhart of Floradale, Reta (Frank) Weber of Elmira, sister-in-law Stella Weaver of Listowel, and his cherished friend of many years, Marie Fleet and family. Survived by many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. Roy retired from B.F. Goodrich and Epton Industries. He enjoyed travelling, seeing many parts of the world, as well as summers at Grand Bend and Sauble Beach. He was an avid fisherman, an active member of Rockway Seniors Centre playing shuffle board and cribbage, and enjoyed swimming and walking. The family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday, June 6th from 2-4 and 7-9 at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo. A memorial service to celebrate Roy's life will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Thursday, June 7th at 2 p.m. A family burial will precede the service. A reception in the funeral home's Fireside Room and a time to share memories will follow immediately after the service. Donations can be directed to the Roy Weaver Charitable Foundation, thereby supporting charities of Roy's choice.     RAYMOND M. GOOD 1920 - 2009 Passed away peacefully, with his family by his side, on October 14, 2009, at the K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, at the age of 89. Devoted husband of Olive (nee Snider) for 63 years. Loving father of Sandra (Gary) Sittler and Sheri (Dennis) Brubacher. Cherished grandfather of Luke (Becky) Brubacher, Laura (Steven) Robinson, Jeremy (Deidre) Sittler and Krista Sittler. Great-grandfather of Katie and Hailey Brubacher. He was a employed as a driver for Good's Haulage in St. Jacobs, was a member of Calvary United Church in St. Jacobs, a director of the Waterloo Rod and Gun Club and a member of the St. Jacobs Volunteer Fire Department. Predeceased by his father, Jacob Good. He is survived by his mother, the former Irene Weaver of Cambridge and his wife, the former Joyce Burns; four sons, Wayne and Dean, at home, and Richard and Bruce both of Elmira. Brother of Raymond and Murray of St. Jacobs, Harold of Kitchener and Carol (Mrs. Murray Shantz) of Bloomingdale. Mr. Good's family are receiving friends at the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. today. The funeral service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home Wednesday at 2 p.m., with Rev.
