BERG, Gordon C. -- Peacefully, on Sunday, July 9, 1988, at St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener, Gordon Christian Berg, of RR 3, Wellesley. Gordon was born in Wellesley township 75 years ago, a son of the late Albert Berg and the late Mary Lipps. Lifelong member of St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Wellesley and had farmed at Lot 12, Concession 5 all his life. Beloved husband of Hilda K. (Neeb) Berg of RR 3, Wellesley; dear father of Morris and his wife Wendy Berg of RR 5, Woodstock and Marjorie Berg of RR 3, Wellesley. Lovingly remembered by his three grandchildren, Jacqueline, Jason and Karen Berg. Predeceased by one brother, Arthur Berg in 1987. Visitation at the Futher Bros. Funeral Home, 40 Henry St. Wellesley, where the family will receive friends today (Monday) from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. At noon Tuesday, removal will be made to St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church for the funeral service at 2: 30 p.m. Pastor Wilmer Minke and Intern Don Thomas will officiate. Interment will follow in the St. Mark's Lutheran cemetery.
