SCHWINDT, Evelyn (Mrs. Maurice) On Wednesday, March 17, 2004, at K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, Evelyn (Stoutenburg) Schwindt, in her 83rd year, of Elmira.

Wife of the late Maurice Schwindt (1993). Dear mother of Paul (Lyn) Schwindt, Donna Carlaw, (Dainis Baltkalns), all of Elmira, Ron (Judy) Schwindt of Freelton. Also lovingly remembered by, her seven grand-children, Eric (Stephanie), Miles (Chere) and Marylou Schwindt, John (Nancy) and Shari Carlaw, Jaclyn and Mallory Schwindt and her two great-grandchildren, Kelly Schwindt and Aidan Carlaw. Sister of Ron Stoutenburg of Kitchener.

Predeceased by her parents, Ivo and Florence Irene (Mahoney) Stoutenburg; her four brothers, Garnet, Percy, Harvey and Gordon and her four sisters, Thelma, Helen, Gladys and Florence; son-in-law, Jack Carlaw.

At Evelyn's request, cremation has taken place. The family will receive their friends and relatives at Trinity United Church, Elmira, on Saturday, March 20 from 10: 30 until service time at 11: 30 a.m. to celebrate Evelyn's life. In her memory, donations to Grand River Regional Cancer Centre or St. Mary's Hospital Cardiac Care Unit would be appreciated by the family as expressions of sympathy and may be obtained by calling Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira, 669-2207.
