    Mrs. John Heinbuch - By Record Staff Writer

    Linwood - Mrs. John Heinbuch of Linwood died today at K-W Hospital in Kitchener after a lengthy illness. She was 80.

    The former Linda Glebe, she was born Oct 7, 1885 in Heidelberg, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Casper Glebe.

    She was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Linwood, and of the Women's Institute.

    Surviving are two sons, John of Waterloo and Murray of Sarnia; one brother, Milton of Linwood; one sister, Mrs. C. H. (Louise) Doerr of Waterloo, and three grandchildren.

    She was predeceased by her husband, John, in 1955.

    The body will be at the Edward R. Good Funeral Home in Waterloo after 7 p.m. today where a service will be conducted Saturday at 3:30 p.m. by Rev. S. J. Wittig. Burial will be in the Lutheran cemetery, Linwood.

    Doerr, Mrs. Charles H. (Louise) - At Kitchener-Waterloo Hospital on Sunday, April 3, 1977, after a brief illness, Louise Glebe of 57 Union St. East, age 85 years. Mrs. Doerr was born in Heidelberg, a daughter of the late Casper Glebe and the former Elizabeth Schlitt. Mrs. Doerr was active in the affairs of St. Peter's Lutheran Church and a member of the Golden Circle. She was predeceased by her husband, Charles H. Doerr and by two sisters and one brother. Surviving is her brother, Milton Glebe of New Hamburg; lovingly remembered by her niece, Mrs. Margaret Locking of Ottawa, with whom she resided for many years, and by Mr. and Mrs. Carl M. Dare of Kitchener and their families, Brian Dare of Cambridge, England, Sandra and Graham Dare of Kitchener and Carolyn and David Leverette of Listowel. Friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. West, Kitchener. Funeral and committal service in the chapel Tuesday at 3 p.m. with Dr. H. W. Opperman officiating. Internment in the family plot, Mount Hope cemetery, Kitchener. Donations to the building fund of St. Peter's Lutheran Church may be made as expressions of sympathy.

    GLEBE, Harold Milton - Peacefully, on Saturday, November 18, 2006, at Knollcrest Lodge, Milverton. Harold Glebe, in his 87th year, formerly of Linwood and New Hamburg. Dear brother of Mildred Stilling of Kitchener, Clair K. and Ruby Glebe of Kitchener and brother-in-law Ivan Perschbacher of Waterloo. Also survived by his nine nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, Milton and Mabel (Lanz) Glebe, one brother Arthur Glebe, one sister Evelyn Perschbacher and one brother-in-law Walter Stilling. Harold was a lifelong member of St. Peters Lutheran Church, Linwood and served in the Canadian Army during the Second World War. The family will receive friends and relatives at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira on Tuesday, November 21 (today) from 7-9 p. m. At 11 a. m. on Wednesday transfer will be made to St. Peters Lutheran Church, Linwood for funeral service at 2 p. m. with Pastor Mark Urquhart officiating followed by interment in St. Peters Lutheran Cemetery. In his memory, donations to St. Peters Lutheran Church or Knollcrest Lodge would be appreciated by the family as expressions of sympathy. The family would like to thank the staff at Knollcrest Lodge for the care and compassion shown to Harold while he was there.
