    KUEPFER, Mrs. Menno W.

    Mrs. Menno W. Kuepfer, 68, of R.R. 1 Milbank, died Thursday, August 18, 1977, at Listowel Memorial Hospital.

    She was born in Wellesley Township, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Solomon Jantzi.

    Surviving, besides her husband, Menno W., are a son, Ezra J., of R.R. 1 Millbank, and one daughter, Mrs. Clarence (Sarah) Kuepfer, of R.R. 1 Milverton; 14 grandchildren; four brothers, Joseph, David and Noah, all of R.R.1 Milverton, and Samuel, of R.R. 1 Millbank. She was predeceased by one granchild.

    The body rested at the family home at Lot 15, Con. 5 of Mornington Township until Sunday when the funeral service was held there at 1 p.m. Bishop William Carter officiated. Burial was in the Seventh Line Amish Mennonite cemetery, Mornington Township. Arrangements by the Heubner Funeral Home in Milverton.

    Nancy — Menno W. Kuepfer. Menno (son of Jacob S. Kuepfer and Veronica S. "Fannie" Wagler) was born 7 Oct 1909, Mornington Twp., Perth Co., Ontario, Canada; died 8 Feb 1985, Listowel, Wallace Twp., Perth County, Ontario, Canada; was buried , Edgecombe Amish Cemetery (formerly 7th Line), Mornington Township, Perth Co., Ontario.     JANTZI, DAVID K. On Saturday, Oct, 22, 1994, at Stratford General Hospital. He resided in Milverton and was born 78 years ago in Wellesley township. He was the son of the late Solomon S. Jantzi and the former Sarah Kuepfer. David was a member of Riverdale Mennonite Church, Millbank, where he was the pastor for over twenty years. He was a self-employed woodworker for over 40 years and was a teacher at the Wahbon Bay Academy. Most recently he was involved in the prison ministry and was an active volunteer in many things throughout his life. Beloved husband of the former Lavina Kuepfer whom he married November 7, 1940. Loving father of Alvin and his wife Doris of Toronto, Paul of Waterloo, Miriam and her husband Dale Bauman of Elmira, Mark and his wife Linda of Milverton, Phil and his wife Bev of Waterloo and Rhoda and her husband Elroy Cober of Ottawa. Sadly missed by his grandchildren, Jason, Jeffrey, Kerri, Sara, Rachel, Hannah, Nicholas and James. Dear brother of Joseph and his wife Fannie, and Noah, all of RR 1, Milverton, and Sam of RR 1, Newton. Also remembered by a brother-in-law, Ivan Kuepfer of Millbank. David was predeceased by a sister, Nancy (Mrs. Menno W. Kuepfer) and three brothers in infancy. Family and friends may call at the Riverdale Mennonite Church Milbank, today (Monday) 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and until noon on Tuesday, Oct. 25, 1994 when transfer will be made to Poole Mennonite Church, Poole for the service at 2 p.m., with Pastor Glenn Zehr officiating. Interment will follow in Riverdale Mennonite Cemetery.

    JANTZI, Noah K. Passed away on Sunday, October 25, 2009 at Listowel Memorial Hospital. Noah resided in Newton and was born 90 years ago in Wellesley Township, a son of the late Solomon S. and Sarah (Kuepfer) Jantzi. He was a member of the Old Order Amish Faith. Beloved husband of the late Elizabeth (Jantzi) Jantzi whom he married February 20, 1940 and who predeceased him on January 15, 1983. Dear father of Lydia and Peter Kuepfer of R. R. 4 Harriston, Marie and the late David J. Kuepfer of Newton, Emmanuel and Laura Jantzi of Newton, Sarah and Dan Jantzi of R. R. # 1, Aylmer, Fannie and David Jantzi of R. R. # 4, Aylmer, Solomon and Eileen Jantzi of R. R. # 1, Millbank, Harvey & Barbara Jantzi of R. R. # 1, Milverton. Ever remembered by 44 grandchildren and 139 great-grandchildren. Also missed by a sister-in-law Lavina Jantzi of Milverton and a brother-in-law Joseph N. Jantzi of R. R. # 1 Milverton. Noah was also predeceased by 3 grandchildren, Elmina and Norman Kuepfer and Judy Jantzi, sister Nancy and Menno W. Kuepfer, brothers, Joseph K. and Fannie Jantzi, Samuel K. and Christena Jantzi, David K. Jantzi, John and Daniel Jantzi in infancy and a sister-in-law Lydia Jantzi Family and friends may call at the home of David and Anna Mae Kuepfer #6825, Rd. 121, R. R. # 1, Millbank after 3.00 p.m. Monday (today) and until Wednesday where the funeral service will be held at 12: 30 p.m. with Bishop Peter S. Kuepfer officiating. Burial to follow in Wellesley Township, Amish Cemetery.
