    Peacefully passed away on Sunday, May 3, 2020 at Rockwood Terrace, Durham, at the age of 89.

    Beloved husband of Louida (Martin) Sauder of Priceville. Dear father and father-in-law of Esther and Henry Enns of LaCrete, Alberta, Delbert and Sara Plett of Horndean, Manitoba, Seleda and Daniel Gerber of Priceville, and Mary and Darren Cook of Durham. Lovingly remembered by his 28 grandchildren and 50 great-grandchildren. Brother and brother-in-law of Ivan Sauder of Waterloo, Aden and Lucinda Sauder of St. Jacobs, and Elam H. Martin of Mattheson.

    Predeceased by his parents Henry B. and Lydia (Brubacher) Sauder, daughter Eileen Plett, three great-grandchildren in infancy, sister Saloma Martin, and sister-in-law Malinda Sauder.

    A drive-past viewing will take place Friday, May 8, 2020 from 1-4 p.m. at Calvary Conservative Mennonite Church, 5064 Arthur St. N., RR 1, Elmira. A private family interment will follow at 4 p.m. in the adjoining cemetery with Bishop Albert Brubacher officiating.

Relatives and friends may call at the home of David M. Martin, 3225 Lobsinger Line, RR 1, St. Clements on Friday (today) from 6-8 p.m., Saturday from 10-12 noon and 2-5 p.m., and Sunday from 2-6 p.m. A family service will be held at the home on Monday, February 18, 2013 at 9 a.m. then to Conestoga Mennonite Meeting House for further service and burial in the adjoining cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira.

    David B. Kraemer, 78, of Stratton, Ont., passed on to his eternal reward on Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at his home where he resided with his daughter, Miriam, and family. He was born Nov. 2, 1933, in St. Jacobs, Ont. to the late Israel and Magdalena Kraemer. On March 9, 1955, he was united in marriage to Anna Brubacher. The Lord blessed them with 57 years together and a family of two sons and two daughters. In June, 1965, they moved to Deer Lake, Ont., where they were involved in working among the aboriginal peoples. In June, 1967, they moved to Rainy River District, where they resided for the next 23 years.

    In September, 1990, they moved to Keenes, Ill. Beginning in 2005, they came back to Rainy River District for the summer, until they moved permanently to Stratton in April, 2010 due to failing health. Fondly remembered by his beloved wife, Anna, and their children, Raymond and wife, Doris, of Keenes, Ill., Eva (Mrs. Larry Steiner) of Barwick, Ont., Miriam (Mrs. Melvin Heatwole) of Stratton, Ont., and Andrew and wife, Lois, of Sullivan, Ill. He also is lovingly remembered by his 11 grandsons, 11 granddaughters, and 26 great-grandchildren.

    He also is survived by two sisters and one brother, Almeda, wife of the late Christian Martin, of St. Clements, Ont., Adeline (Mrs. Emmanuel Bauman) of St. Jacobs, Ont., and Osiah of Regina, Sask.; and one sister-in-law, Almeda (Elam) (Mrs. Leonard Martin). He was predeceased by one brother, Elam; one sister, Lovina (Milton) Frey; two brothers-in-law, Milton Frey and Christian E. Martin; and one grandson, Gary Kraemer.

    In his youth, David accepted Christ as his personal Saviour and was baptized into the Mennonite Church. At the time of his death, he was a faithful member and beloved brother of the Pineview Mennonite Church. Visitation was held Monday, May 7, 2012 from 3-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at the Pineview Mennonite Church. Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at 1: 30 p.m. at the Barwick Community Hall. Interment in the Pineview Mennonite Cemetery.

Beloved daughter of Henry and Martha (Brubacher) Frey of RR#3, Wallenstein, sister of Verna Bauman of RR#3, Listowel, Dorothy and Walter Brubacher of RR#1, West Montrose, Lester and Marlene Frey of RR#3, Wallenstein, Grace Frey of Linwood, Ruth Ann and Duane Horst of RR#1, Foresters Falls. Also survived by 30 nieces and nephews. Predeceased by one brother-in-law Edgar Bauman (2009). Beloved husband of Erla (Weber) Brubacher; loving father of Leona and Lester, both at home. Son of Mrs. Sarah Brubacher of RR 1 Holstein and the late Nelson Brubacher. Brother of Leah and Moses Weber of St. Clements, Valina Shantz of RR 1, Mount Forest, Amsey and Karen Brubacher of RR 2, Allenford; David and Karen Brubacher of RR 1, Breslau, Elsie and James Mar tin of Holstein; son-in-law of Edwin and Lydia Weber of RR 1, St. Clements; brother-in-law of Leona and Cleason Bowman, Oscar and Lucinda Weber, Viola and Wayne Martin, Vera and Isaac Weber, Selina and Mervin Mar tin. Predeceased by one sister and two brothers-in-law. Harvey owned and operated Craftime Clockery in Elmira. He was a member of Calvary Conservative Mennonite Church. The family will receive friends and relatives at the Dreisinger Funeral Home , Elmira, today (Saturday) 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. At noon on Sunday, transfer will be made to Countryside Mennonite Fellowship, Hawkesville for funeral service at 2 p.m. followed by interment in Calvary Conservative Mennonite Cemetery.
