ELMIRA - Oscar W. Holzworth, 60, of RR1, Elmira, died suddenly at his home Friday. Born April 26, 1891, he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Holzworth. Mr. Holzworth was a well-known farmer and drover in the district for many years. He attended St. Paul's Lutheran Church. Mr. Holzworth married Edith Grosz who predeceased him in 1938. Last year he married Olive Barr of Kitchener, who survives. Also surviving are one son, George, on the home farm; one daughter, Mrs. Stephen (Edna) Welker of Waterloo; two brothers, Percy of Calgary and Emmerson of Fort Erie; two sisters, Mrs. Norman Beisel and Mrs. William Beisel of Elmira and four grandchildren. The funeral will be held Tuesday at 2: 30 pm at St. Paul's Church with Rev. Frank Malinsky officiating. Interment will be in the Elmira Cemetery. The body will rest at the Dreisinger Funeral Parlor Elmira, until Tuesday at 1 pm when removal will be made to the church. Friends are requested to pay their respects prior to the service.

PALMERSTON - George Earl Holzworth of RR 2, Palmerston, died suddenly at Palmerston Hospital today. He was 55.
Born in Elmira, Jan. 13, 1916, he moved to Palmerston in 1961.
He was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Holzworth, and step-son of Mrs. Olive Holzworth of Kitchener.
Mr. Holzworth farmed on Concession 9 of Wallace Township. He was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Elmira.
Surviving are four sons, William and Douglas of Wallace Township, Bruce of Kitchener and Gary of Palmerston; one sister, Mrs. Steven (Edna) Welker of Waterloo, and two grand- children.
The body is at the K. M. Henderson Funeral Home until Wednesday evening when removal will be made to the church in Elmira, for service at 3 p.m. Thursday. Rev. Ronald Reisdorf will officiate. Burial will be in Elmira cemetery.
