Lovina Brubacher, in her 93rd year, of Hawkesville, formerly of RR 1, St. Jacobs.Beloved wife of the late Sydney W. Brubacher (1967). Loving mother and mother-in-law of Malinda Brubacher of RR 1, Elmira, Daniel and Lydia Brubacher of RR 3, Holyrood, Menno and Sarah Brubacher of RR 1, Elmira, John and Louisa Brubacher or RR 2, West Montrose, Aaron and Minerva Brubacher of RR 1, West Montrose, Martha Brubacher of RR 2, Clifford, Peter and Lydia Ann Brubacher of RR 1, St. Jacobs, Moses and Selina Brubacher of RR 1, Wroxeter, Susanna Brubacher of Hawkesville, Hannah Brubacher of RR 1, Waterloo. Also survived by 48 grandchildren and 91 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents, Joshua and Leah (Horst) Brubacher; two sons, Edwin and Samuel; two great-grandchildren; three brothers and one sister.Friends called at the home of Peter Brubacher, RR 1, St. Jacobs on Monday from 1-8 p.m. where funeral service will be held this morning (Tuesday) at 9 a.m. then to Martins Mennonite Meeting House for further service and burial in the adjoining Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira.

    MARTIN, Amsey B. Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, on Sunday, June 5, 2016 at Listowel Memorial Hospital, at the age of 83 years. Beloved husband of Mildred Martin for 14 years. Loving stepfather of Carolyn (Harvey) Shoemaker, Rose (Brian) Horst, Carol (Dale) Cressman, Keith (Barb) Martin, and Delphine (Derrick) Burkhart. Lovingly remembered by his 16 grandchildren and 13 great-grand- children. Dear brother of Urias (Melinda) Martin, Lovina Brubacher, Ellen (Simeon) Martin, Annie (Harvey) Martin, Lena Martin, Clarence (Erla) Martin, Mahlon (Erma) Martin, and brother-in-law of Elizabeth (Abner) Weber, Edith (Roy) Martin, Becky (Eugene) Bender, and Stuart (Ruth Ann) Steckle. Predeceased by his first wife Elmeda (Sittler), second wife Eileen (Frey), parents Clarence and Magdelena (Brubacher) Martin, and brother-in-law Israel Brubacher. The family will receive their relatives and friends at Floradale Mennonite Church, 22 Florapine Rd., Floradale, on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 from 2 - 5 p.m. and 7 - 9 p.m. and on Thursday, June 9, 2016 from 12:30 - 1:15 p.m. Interment will be held in Floradale Mennonite Cemetery at 1:30 p.m. followed by a memorial service in the church at 2 p.m. In Amsey's memory, donations to Floradale Mennonite Church or Elmira District Community Living would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.     BRUBACHER, Orvie G. - Peacefully went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 28, 2007, at K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, Orvie G. Brubacher, in his 67th year, of Elmira. Beloved husband of Martha (Frey) Brubacher for 42 years. Loving and devoted father of Karen and Dan Bender of Hawkesville, Linda and Scott Gilland of Toronto, Dennis and Marie Brubacher of Elmira, Gloria and Rod Bauman of Elmira. Fondly remembered by his grandchildren, Garret and Sheldon Bender, Mya Gilland, Emma Brubacher, Alana and Carly Bauman. Brother of Melvin and Marie Brubacher, Vietta and Lloyd Martin, Earl and Eileen Brubacher. Predeceased by his parents, Aden and Elvina (Gingrich) Brubacher. Orvie was employed at Ziegler Electric for 28 years before he retired. The family will receive their friends and relatives at the Floradale Mennonite Church on Wednesday, October 31 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A memorial service for family and friends will be held at the Floradale Mennonite Church on Thursday, November 1, at 2 p.m. with Pastor Fred Redekop officiating. The casket will remain open in the church until 1: 45 p.m. Interment in Floradale Mennonite Cemetery. In his memory donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated by the family as expressions of sympathy. Arrangements entrusted to the Dreisinger Funeral Home , Elmira.
