Of Fairview Mennonite Home, on Wednesday morning, Oct. 24, 1990, Annie (Chesterman) Beaver, in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late Lorne Beaver. Dear mother of Roy of Batchawana Bay, Robert of Kitchener and Mrs. Harry (Audrey) Wells of Cambridge; dear sister of Fred of Cambridge and Mrs. Lucy Rambert of Cambridge. Also survived by 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Beaver was predeceased by a brother, Jim. Resting at the Nelson Funeral Home, 1788 Franklin Blvd., Cambridge, where the family will receive friends on Thursday afternoon and evening, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home, on Friday afternoon, Oct. 28, at 1: 30 p.m. Interment, Wanners cemetery.

BEAVER, Robert (Bob) - Of Saint Luke's Place, Cambridge, on Monday, March 12, 2007, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, in his 85th year. Beloved husband of Mary Harrow. Dear father of Carol McCafferty of Cambridge, Kenneth and his wife Cara Lea, Lorne, and Lloyd (Sam), all of Drayton Valley, AB. Sadly missed by his sister Audrey and her husband Harry Wells of Cambridge; his grandchildren, Sherry Kinzie, Bradley Beaver and Tara Beaver, great-granddaughter Brittany Block and one sister-in-law Mary Beaver of Batchawana Bay, ON. Predeceased by his parents, Lorne and Annie Beaver and his brother Roy. Bob was born in Hespeler and had lived in Cambridge all his life. He was an avid innovative farmer for many years on Pioneer Tower Road and a welder employed at Butler Metals until his retirement in 1988. He served in the Canadian Navy in Second World War, was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Hespeler Branch 272 and was the Union Rep at CAW 1986. At Bob's request, cremation has taken place.
