    Suddenly, at her residence in Baden, on Friday, April 18, 1997, Wilhelmine Doering.
    She was born in North Easthope township 92 year ago, a daughter of the late Jacob and Emma (Glasser) Wettlaufer. She was a member of St. James Lutheran Church, Baden.
    Beloved wife of Lloyd L. Doering, who predeceased her in 1988. Loving mother of Lorraine and her husband Gordon Archibald of Kitchener. Also remembered by her daughters-in-law, Doris Doering of Drumbo, Roberta Doering of RR 3, Woodstock and Ruby Doering of Shakespeare. Ever missed by a sister-in-law, Helene Cowley of Toronto; 13 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
    Predeceased by three sons, Ralph, Donald and Laverne; a brother, Alvin Wettlaufer and his wife Molna and a brother-in-law, Alex Cowley.
    Friends and relatives may call at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, 291 Huron St., New Hamburg, Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Transfer will be made at noon on Monday, April 21, 1997 to St. James Lutheran Church, Baden, for the service at 2 p.m. with Pastor Peter Mikelic officiating. Ella was a lifetime member of Zion Lutheran Church, Philipsburg where she was a member of the ELW. Beloved wife of the late Elmer Doering who predeceased her March 13, 1953. She is lovingly remembered by her children, Walter Doering and his wife Ruth of Kitchener, Norma Weiler and her husband Armand of Baden and Karolyn Heubner and her husband of Cambridge. Dear grandma (Mueggie) of 11 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. Also fondly remember by a sister-in-law, Lillian Seyler of Tavistock. She was predeceased by two brothers, Clayton and Nelson Seyler and a sister, Viola Nixdorf. Friends and relatives may call at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, 291 Huron St., New Hamburg, today (Thursday) from 7-9 p.m. and Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at Zion Lutheran Church, Philipsburg, on Saturday, July 27, 1996 at 11 a.m. with Rev.     On Tuesday, July 30, 1985, at Victoria Hospital, London, Ont., Nelson Seyler, of RR 1, New Hamburg, aged 79 years. He was born in Wilmot township, a son of the late David Seyler and the former Leah Wettlaufer. He was a lifelong member of Zion Lutheran Church, Phillipsburg, where he had been on the church council and taught Sunday school for many years. He also had been a public school trustee. Beloved husband of the former Lillian Becker, whom he married May 17, 1930. Lovingly remembered by his two daughters, Doris (Mrs. Corson Schwartzentruber) of New Hamburg, Marie (Mrs. Mahlon Shantz) of Kitchener and his two sons, Harold and his wife Isabel of RR 1, New Hamburg and David and his wife Susan of New Hamburg; dear brother of Clayton of New Hamburg and Mrs. Ella Doering of RR 2, Baden. Sadly missed by 13 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Predeceased by one sister, Mrs. Viola Nixdorf in 1964.     Passed away on Thursday, July 12, 2007 at K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, Kitchener, in her 87th year.

    Helen Seyler, born in Phillipsburg, Ontario and former resident of Kitchener and Elmira, was the beloved wife of 64 years of Lloyd A. Lautenschlager. Dearly loved mother of Larry and wife Carol of Elmira, Judy Mundell and husband John of Orillia. Cherished grandmother of Jennifer (Jeff) Beisel, Jeffery (Penny) and Gregory (Adrienne ) Lautenschlager, Erin (Jeremy) Carpenter, Andrew and Matthew Mundell, and great grandmother of Rebecca and Tyson Lautenschlager, Kayla and Courtney Beisel.

    Dear sister of Hilda Hohl (Elmer predeceased) of Kitchener and Wilfred Seyler and wife Rita of Wellesley. Aunt Helen will also be lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brother Edgar and his wife Catherine.

    Mrs. Lautenschlager was a long-time and faithful member of Holy Cross Lutheran in Kitchener and the Historical Automobile Society of Canada.

    Friends are invited to share their memories of Helen with her family at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo, from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm Sunday. The funeral service to celebrate Helen?s life and faith will be held at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 322 East Ave. Kitchener, on Monday, July 16th, 2007 at 1 pm. Interment at Emmanuel Lutheran Cemetery, Petersburg.

    Obituary of Norma Lillian Weiler

    Passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family on Thursday, April 19, 2018 at Clair Hills Retirement residence. Norma was born 86 years ago in Philipsburg, a daughter of the late Elmer Doering and former Ella Seyler.

    Norma will be dearly missed by her husband Armand (Mike) Weiler with whom she married on August 8, 1953. Cherished mother of Michael and Mary Ann Weiler of New Hamburg, Timothy Weiler and Sheila Lobrutto of St. Clements and Tamara and Robert Cranston of Brighton. Norma was a devoted grandmother and great-grandmother and will be missed by; Jonathan and Ana Weiler and their children Kaylee and Jacob; Daniel Weiler and friend Aimee, Lindsay and Matt Kelly and their children Hannah, Maxwell and August; Amanda and Jeff Tobias and daughter Isla; Richard and Rhonda Weiler and their children Dakota, Harper and River; Natalie Cranston, Donald Cranston and Nikolas Lobrutto. Survived by her sister Karolyn Heubner and sister-in-law Virginia Weiler as well as nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her mother and father-in-law Joe and Betty Weiler as well as by her brother and sister-in-law Walter and Ruth Doering, and brothers-in-law Rev. Norris Heubner and Roger Weiler.

    Norma had a passion for music and played the organ at church for 47 years. Norma worked for more then 20 years at the Baden Cheese Factory. She was an avid gardener and enjoyed spending much of her time quilting, knitting, sewing and crocheting. Family meant the world to Norma and Mike. Many evenings were spent watching the Toronto Maple Leafs or the Toronto Blue Jays, playing cards and enjoying great meals or some quality baking except for Tuesday, which was BINGO night!

    Family and friends will be received at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, 291 Huron Street, New Hamburg on Sunday, April 22, 2018 from 2 \endash 4 & 7 \endash 9 p.m. The funeral will take place on Monday at 2:00 p.m. at St. James Lutheran Church, Baden with Pastor Bonnie Shelter-Brown officiating. Interment in Fairmont Cemetery, Baden. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Amyloid Research or St. James Lutheran Church memorial fund, Baden.

    Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at St. Mary's General Hospital, Kitchener. Walter was a resident of Winston Park, Kitchener and was formerly of Philipsburg. He was born 89 years ago and was the son of the late Elmer and Ella (Seyler) Doering. He farmed in Philipsburg until his retirement in 1993. Walter was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Philipsburg. Beloved husband of Ruth E. Doering who predeceased him on October 29, 2009. Loving father of Ronald Doering (Susan) of Waterloo, Robert Doering (Dee Hughes) and Mark (Tammy) Doering all of Kitchener. Sadly missed by grandchildren Grant (Erica), Heather, Shaun (Patty), Chris (Tina), Samantha (Matt), Elizabeth (Tayler), Brett, Madelynn, Patrick, Kylene (Tyler) and by great-grand- children Brayden, Ava, Atley, Sawyer and Liam. Lovingly remembered by his sisters Norma (Armand) Weiler and Karolyn Heubner as well as many nieces and nephews. Walter was predeceased by his brother-in-law Norris Heubner. Friends and relatives may call at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home , 291 Huron Street, New Hamburg on Thursday, July 14, 2016 from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Friday, July 15, 2016 at Zion Lutheran Church, Philipsburg at 11: 00 a.m. with Pastor Joanna Miller officiating.
