    Herner, Elizabeth, daughter of John and Catherine (Brunk) Everatt, was born in Wilmot Twp., Ont., July 10, 1900; died of a heart attack at the Kitchener-Waterloo Hospital, Sept. 8, 1973; aged 73 y. 1 m. 29 d. On Oct. 1, 1919, she was married to Abraham Herner, who survives. Also surviving are 2 sons (Earl and Kenneth), 4 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, one brother, and 5 sisters. She was a member of the St. Agatha Mennonite Church, where funeral services were held on Sept. 11, in charge of Gerald Schwartzentruber and Allen Schwartzentruber; interment in the church cemetery.

    HERNER, Mrs. Abraham (Elizabeth) At the K-W Hospital, on Saturday, Sept 8, 1973, suddenly following a heart attack, Elizabeth Everatt, of 103 Margaret Ave., Kitchener, age 73 years, born in Petersburg, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Everatt and a Twin City area resident for her entire lifetime, a member of the St. Agatha Mennonite Church; wife of Abraham Herner; mother of Kenneth of Route 2, Kitchener and Earl of Route 2, Breslau; sister of Sydney Everatt of Stratford, Amanda (Mrs. Benjamin Roth), Milverton; Catherine (Mrs. Elmer Mayer) and Seleda (Mrs. Lorne Kropf) of Kitchener, Vera (Mrs. Raymond Herrle) and Erma (Mrs. Milford Knarr) of Waterloo; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren also survive; predeceased by two brothers Alvin and Joseph and two sisters Mrs. Clara Lichty and Mrs. Annie Snider.

    Friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. West, Kitchener, until noon on Tuesday, when removal will be made to the St. Agatha Mennonite Church for the service at 3 p.m. with Rev. Gerald Schwartzentruber officiating. Interment in the adjoining cemetery.

    Donations to the memorial fund of the church may be made as expressions of sympathy.
