Mrs. Noah L. Erb The death occurred at St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener, on Thursday, June 3, of Mrs. Noah L. Erb, nee Nancy Gascho, of near (Mannheim after serious illness for three weeks. Prior to this she had been in poor health for some time.

The deceased was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David Gascho of St. Agatha, where she was born 53 years ago. She was married on January 14^th, 1913 to Noah L. Erb, who, besides five sons and two daughters are left in bereavement. The children are Vernon of Hespeler, Melvin of Rosebank and Clayton Wilfred, Ray, Louella and Edna at home. She is also survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. David Gascho, two brothers, Aaron of St. Agatha, Herbert, Louisville, N. Y., and five sisters, Mrs. Lloyd Rickert, Hespeler, Mrs. Allan Litwiller, Waterloo, Mrs. David Ropp and Mrs. Lorne Roth, Tavistock and Miss Edna Erb of Casterland, N. Y.

The funeral was held on Monday afternoon with public service at the St. Agatha A. M. Church of which the deceased was a faithful member. Interment followed in the adjoining cemetery.

LUELLA NAFZIGER 1922 - 2009 Passed away peacefully at Lisaard House surrounded by her family, on Tuesday, December 15, 2009. Luella was born 87 years ago in East Zorra Township on November 3, 1922, the daughter of the late Noah and Nancy Erb. Beloved wife of the late Roy Nafziger (November 9, 2008). Dear mother of Sheryl of Kitchener and Gail of Waterloo. Special aunt to Wendy O'Brien Ewara and her husband Ewara Monday Ewara and Grandma to their children Emmanuel, Eyo and Emelia (Eme).

Survived by her sister Edna O'Brien and her husband Gerald of Waterloo, and brother Wilfred Erb and his wife Rita of Collingwood, sisters-in-law Vera Helmuth and Dora Wagler both of New Hamburg. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Luella was a member of St. Agatha Mennonite Church .

Predeceased by her parents, brothers Clayton Erb and his wife Marjorie, Melvin Erb and his wife Edith, Vernon Erb, and Ray Erb and his wife Lucy; brothers-in law John Nafziger and his wife Mildred; Lorne Wagler, and Norman Helmuth.

Visitation will be held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Friday, December 18 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A celebration of Luella's life will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Saturday, December 19 at 11 a.m. with Pastor Doug Snyder officiating. Reception to follow. A private family interment will take place at St. Agatha Mennonite Church prior to the service.
