    Honderich, Emerson Earl - On Sunday, May 19, 1996, at Toronto General Hospital, Emerson Honderich, of Kitchener. He was born in Wilmot township 69 years ago, son of the late Roy and Cora (Hunsberger) Honderich. He was associated with Trinity Lutheran Church, New Hamburg. Emerson had owned and operated Honderich Bus Lines prior to his retirement and had farmed in the Baden area. He has interests in horse jumping, boating, traveling and collecting and restoring tractors. Emerson also enjoyed the companionship of his dog, Papik. Beloved husband of Barbara (Pauli) Honderich, whom he married August 20, 1955. Loving father of James Emerson Honderich and his wife Pam Carnochan of Huntsville. Special grandpa to Elijah. Ever missed by brothers and sister-in-law, Bill and Bette Pauli of Mississauga, Clayton and Martha Wagner of Kitchener, Joan Nabert, Karl Pauli, Grace and Grant McGregor, all of New Hamburg, Patsy and Bob Brenner of Long Point, and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncle and cousins. He was predeceased by a brother-in-law, Ed Nabert and two sisters-in-law, May Wagner and Betty Pauli. Friends and relatives may call at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, 291 Huron St., New Hamburg, on Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. At noon on Thursday, May 23, 1996, transfer will be made to Trinity Lutheran Church for the service at 2 p.m., with Pastor Andre Lavergne and Pastor Judi Harris officiating. Burial to follow in Riverside Cemetery, New Hamburg. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to Cardiac Nurses Training Fund (Toronto Hospital) or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario.
