    LICHTY, Olive Emma (formerly Shantz) Olive was welcomed into God's presence on Sunday, July 13, 2014, at Victoria Place, at the age of 94. Beloved wife of the late Arthur Lichty (2006) and the late Lemore Shantz (1984). Loving mother of Phyllis Martin and her husband Maurice. Cherished grandma of Benjamin Bolt-Martin and his wife Elizabeth and Joƫlle Martin-Root and her husband Christopher. Dear great-grandma of Westley and Ethan. Survived by her sister Esther Kaster and sisters-in-law Betty Schramm and Dorothy Shantz. Predeceased by her brother Earl Schramm. She was a faithful member of First Mennonite Church, Kitchener. Olive was a good friend and neighbour and a caring family member. She was a loyal employee of the Unemployment Insurance Commission until her retirement. Olive's family will receive relatives and friends from 6-9 p.m. on Thursday, July 17, 2014 at First Mennonite Church, 800 King St. East, Kitchener. Interment will be held at Mannheim Mennonite Church Cemetery on Friday, July 18, 2014 at 1 p.m. Memorial Service will be held at First Mennonite Church on Friday, July 18, 2014 at 2:30 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the MCC or the Canadian Bible Society would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).     KASTER, Esther Passed away unexpectedly yet peacefully, on Friday, March 4, 2016, at St. Mary's Hospital at the age of 91. Beloved wife of the late Walter Kaster (2014). Loving mother of Rodger (Brenda), Ronald (Donna Kay) and Kathryn (Bill) Wells. Cherished nanny of Lorrie, Sarah, Daniel, Sherilyn, David, Jonathan, Elaine, Kristie, Robert and their spouses. She will be fondly remembered by her eleven great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents, Bill and Hattie Schramm and her siblings, Olive Shantz-Lichti and Earl Schramm. Esther's family will receive relatives and friends on Monday, March 7, 2016 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home , 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467 from 4-7 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. Rev.     SCHRAMM, Earl William - Passed away peacefully, on Monday, March 5, 2007, at St. Mary's General Hospital, Kitchener. Earl was a life long resident of Haysville having been born there 77 years ago, a son of the late William E. and Hattie (Bickle) Schramm. Earl had retired from farming and was a member of the North Easthope Antique Tractor Breakfast Club. He had been instrumental in the purchase and transfer of the Haysville School to the Haysville Community Centre and was a life member of the Wilmot Parks Board. Earl had been a member and past president of the Wilmot Horticultural Society. Beloved husband of Betty (Brodrecht) Schramm who he married September 11, 1954. Loving father of Douglas and Deb Schramm of Baden and Donald and Sharon Schramm of Auburn. Sadly missed by grandchildren Brandon and Cody, Jeannette, Charlene and Hillary. Also remembered by sisters Olive Lichty of Kitchener, Esther and her husband Walter Kaster of RR2, Petersburg, by sister-in-law Hilde Brodrecht of Sebringville and by several nieces and nephews. Earl was predeceased by brothers-in-law Lemore Shantz, Art Lichty, Oliver Brodrecht, Donald Brodrecht and by sister-in-law Idula and her husband Earl Beisel. Friends and relatives may call at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, 291 Huron St., New Hamburg on Wednesday from 1-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 8, 2007 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Gary McNitt officiating. Burial to follow in Riverside Cemetery, New Hamburg. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to Canadian Diabetes Association or the charity of one's choice.
