VRAGOVICH, George

Peacefully, on Saturday, Jan. 17, 2004, with his family by his side, at St. Mary's General Hospital. George Vragovich, age 76 years, of Kitchener, formerly of Elmira. Beloved husband of Theresa (Scherl) Vragovich. Dear father of Frank of British Columbia and Lynn and Brian Hayes of Palmerston. Also lovingly remembered by his grandchildren, Stephanie and Donald Smith, Tina and her friend Darryl and Jessica Hayes. Brother of Anthony and Verna, Daisy and Norm Bectel, Eva and Harold Nelson, Tom and Joanne and Anne Ello, all of Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Also remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, George and Anna (Gerstner) Vragovich and his brother, Casper. At George's request, cremation has taken place. There will be no funeral home visitation. A memorial service for family and friends will be held at the Dreisinger Funeral Home Chapel, Elmira, on Wednesday, Jan. 21, at 11 a.m. Spring interment in Elmira Union Cemetery.
