Pilkington, George William - Slipped away quietly, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Thursday, April 29, 2004, at the age of 96. Predeceased by his good wife, Martha (nee Warnholtz). Dear father of Ruth Marquis (Jack), Esther Willmot (Mancel-deceased) and Paul Pilkington (Mary); grandfather of Terry Marquis, Lori Gollan (Ingo), Kim Marquis, Scott Pilkington (Donna), Karyn Bonikowsky (Darrin), Matthew Pilkington (Deanna) and four great-grandchildren. Bill was predeceased by his parents, George William and Florence Pilkington; his brothers, Albert (Elizabeth surviving) and Eric (Helen surviving) and his sister Mary Pilkington. Surviving him are his sister, Ruth Rennie (Gordon) and his brothers, Charles (Nordene) and Harry (Joan). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, May 16, 2004 at 3:30 p.m. at Ellis Chapel, Ellis Road, Puslinch township. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Gideons or Cambridge Memorial Hospital.
