Betty overcame cancer on several occasions in her later years but succumbed when it recently surfaced yet another time. Betty leaves behind her daughter Susan, (husband Bryan Gordon), son Tom and loving grandchildren Geoff, Chris, Jenn and Zachary Gordon. Throughout her life, Betty purposely sought to be actively involved in her beloved church family, Benton Street Baptist Church. Betty supported her husband Chris as a member of The Gideons. The family wishes to express special thanks for the compassionate care that was provided by The Village of Winston Park and most recently Fairview Mennonite Home and especially those who visited with Betty over the last few months.
