    JUTZI, Irene Alice - On Sunday, March 5, 1995, at Fairview Mennonite Home, Cambridge, with her family by her side, Irene Jutzi, formerly of Milverton and Kitchener.

    She was born in Wilmot township, 84 years ago, a daughter of the late Michael and Mary (Steinman) Jantzi. She was a member of the St. Agatha Mennonite Church, where she was a member of the WMSC. Irene enjoyed fellowship with people, attending church and in her former years teaching .Sunday school, Poole Mennonite Church. She also enjoyed knitting bandages for the third world countries, gardening and flowers.

    Beloved wife of Rudy Jutzi of Fairview Home with whom she would have celebrated 60 years of marriage on March 6, 1995. Loving mother of Elaine and her husband Walter Fretz of Vineland, Robert and his wife Irene of Baden, Nelda and her husband Ray Brenneman, Mark and his wife Karen, Grant and his wife Louise, all of New Hamburg, Ken and his wife Joan of Milverton, Lucille and her husband Bill Jantzi of RR 2, Petersburg and John and his wife Juanita of Richmond, Va. Ever remembered by 16 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Iona Bowman of Haysv Lucille and her husband Harry Albrecht of Kitchener; one sister-in-law, Doris Janzi of Hensall.

    She was predeceased by two brothers, Ralph and his wife Violet Jantzi, Orval Jantzi and one brother-in-law, Walton Bowman.

    Friends and relatives may call at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, 291 Huron St., New Hamburg, this evening (Monday) 7-9 p.m., Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. On Wednesday, March 8, 1995 at noon transfer will be made to St . Agatha Mennonite Church for the service at 2:30 p.m., with Pastor Emmanuel George officiating. Burial to follow in the church cemetery.

    JANTZI, Lucille Passed away at the Freeport Health Centre, Grand River Hospital on Sunday, September 24, 2017. Lucille was born 74 years ago, a daughter of the late Rudy and Irene Jutzi (Jantzi). Lucille resided in Milverton and was formerly of RR #2 Petersburg. She was a long time employee of Erb Transport Ltd. and a faithful member of St. Agatha Mennonite Church. For all who knew her, you know how much she loved to visit with people, loved bluegrass music, spending the summers camping at any and all Bluegrass folk festivals and hosting many family dinners. Her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were her pride and joy, generously showering them with gifts at birthdays and Christmas. Beloved wife of William (Bill) Jantzi of Milverton. Loving mother of Brenda Jantzi, Donna Jantzi (Gary Becker) all of Baden, Brian Jantzi (Bev) of Brunner, Sheri Martin (D'Arcy) of Zurich. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren and great-grand-children Rachel Eby (Colin) and their daughter Blake; Kaleb Kliewer, Karissa Kliewer; Rebecca Kobus (Dan) and their daughters Riley and Kylie, Ashley Jantzi, Kayla Jantzi, Megan Jantzi; Laiken Martin, Aerin Martin, Jadon Martin; and by step-grandchildren Matthew, Melissa, Brandon and Ryan Becker. Lucille is survived by her siblings Elaine Fretz, Robert Jutzi (Irene), Nelda Brenneman (Ray), Ken Jutzi (Joan), Mark Jutzi (Karen), Grant Jutzi (Louise), John Jutzi (Juanita), sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law Ruth Leis, Louise Gingerich (Ralph), Simeon Jantzi, Maryann Steckley (Ralph). Lucille was predeceased by brothers-in-law Wally Fretz, Allen Leis, Ken Jantzi (Marjorie), Wesley Jantzi (Margo) and sister-in-law Gail Jantzi. Visitation will be held at (PLEASE NOTE LOCATION) the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, 291 Huron Street, New Hamburg on Friday from 5-7 p.m. and again Saturday from 1-3 and 6-8 p.m. A public interment service will take place at St. Agatha Mennonite Cemetery, 1967 Erb's Road, Wilmot, on Sunday, October 1, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. followed by the Funeral Service at Steinmann Mennonite Church, 1316 Snyder's Road W., Baden at 3 p.m. with Len Rempel officiating. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Mennonite Central Committee or Grand River Regional Health Centre, Kitchener would be appreciated by the family.
