    At the Marsdale Manor in Galt, on Thursday morning, September 19, 1968, in his 73rd year, after a lengthy illness, of R. R. #2, Puslinch. Husband of Ethel Parkinson. Father of Donald of Hespeler; William of Hamilton; John of Campbellville; Roy, at home; Mary (Mrs. John Hooper) of Glen Williams; Margaret (Mrs. Kenneth Tarzwell) of Georgetown; Alice (Mrs. Jack Brill) of Toronto; Jean (Mrs. Keith Hunter) of Georgetown; Muriel (Mrs. Thomas Crowe) of Milton. Also survived by one brother, William of Eramosa Township; thirteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Predeceased by a son, James, ten years ago and one brother. Born in Puslinch Township, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Stewart Bruce, he had been a life-long resident of the area. Funeral service at the Nelson Funeral Home, 23 Galt St. in Hespeler on Sat. , Sept. 21 at 1. Pastor H. E. Hindry officiated. Pallbearers: Kenneth Bruce, Steven Brill, Gordon Harlow,

    William Richardson, Robert Hooper and Pal Moggiaa. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery, Guelph.

    At the South Waterloo Memorial Hospital in Galt, on Monday morning, September 30, 1968, in his 42nd year, after a long illness, of R. R. #2, Puslinch. Husband of Jean Dennis. Father of Bradley and Robert, at home. Son of Mrs. Ethel Bruce of R. R. #2, Puslinch and the late Scroggie Bruce, who predeceased him on September 19. Brother of Donald of Hespeler; William of Hamilton; John of Campbellville; Mary (Mrs. John Hooper) of Glen Williams; Margaret (Mrs. Kenneth Tarzwell) and Jean (Mrs. Keith Hunter), both of Georgetown; Muriel (Mrs. Thomas Crowe) of Milton; and Alice (Mrs. Jack Brill) of Toronto. Born in Halton Co. on Jan. 29, 1927, he had lived in Puslinch Township for the past twenty years. Mr. Bruce was a millworker. Funeral on Thurs. , Oct. 3 at 2 at the Nelson Funeral Home, 23 Galt St. in Hespeler. Rev. Harold Hindry of Hespeler Baptist Church officiated. Pallbearers: Jack Hooper, Robert Hooper, Keith Hunter, Kenneth Tarzwell, Jack Brill and Bill Richardson. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery, Guelph.
