    Notes:

    Gingerich, Orpha, daughter of Rufus K. and Mildred (Richardson) Mann, was born in North Dakota; died at the K-W Hospital, Kitchener, Ont., Aug. 1, 1983; aged 72 y. She was married to Wilfred Loren* Gingerich, who survives. Also surviving are 5 sons (Willis, Virgil, David, Donald, and Glen), 5 daughters (Mrs. Miriam Weido, Esther-Mrs. Andre Bisson, Frieda-Mrs. Al Brandon, Marie-Mrs. Benson Wease, and Lois Gingerich), 22 grandchildren, one brother (Harvey Mann), and one sister (Clarice-Mrs. Harry Burkey). She was preceded in death by 3 children (Mildred, Viola, and Louis). She was a member of First Mennonite Church, Kitchener, where funeral services were held on Aug. 4, in charge of Stan Sauder and John Goulet; interment in First Mennonite Cemetery.

    Notes:

    Gingrich.- Mildred Arline, third child of Bro. and Sister Lorne Gingrich, was born near Hespeler, Ont., Dec. 27, 1935 and died in Kitchener-Waterloo Hospital, Kitchener, Ont., May 15, 1937, after a brief illness. She leaves her sorrowing parents, 2 brothers (Willis and Virgil), 1 sister (Miriam), her grandparents, and many relatives and friends. Though her stay with us was short, she will be greatly missed by all who learned to love her. But God knows what is best, and has prepared a better home for her over yonder. "The Lord gave, and the Lord hath taken away. Blessed be the name of the Lord." Funeral services were conducted May 17 to the First Mennonite Church, Kitchener, Ont. Ministers in charge, Brethren S. M. Kanagy and Oscar Burkholder. Text, Mark 10 : 13-16.

    GINGRICH, Wayne S. -- On Monday, May 11, 1981, at Chatham as the result of an auto pedestrian accident, Wayne Stewart Gingrich, aged 17 years, of RR 1, New Dundee. Beloved son of Willis E. Gingrich and the former Lorraine Major; brother of Grace, Robert, Leonard, Graham, Jeannette and Barbara; grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Lorne Gingrich of Kitchener. Friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener, after 7 p.m. this evening, until noon on Friday, then at the Pioneer Park Christian Fellowship, 64 Biehn Drive, Kitchener, for the funeral service at 3 p.m. Interment in the adjoining cemetery. Rev Darrell Jantzi will conduct the service. Expressions of sympathy may be shown by donations to the Pioneer Park Christian Fellowship Building Fund
