Bauman, Susannah (Martin) ~ Passed away peacefully at her daughter's home in Dorking on Saturday, April 1, 2017, at the age of 88 years. Loved wife of the late Elo S. Bauman (2006). Dear mother of Howard and Gloria Bauman of Elmira, Elmer and Jane Bauman of South River, Clare and Elmeda Bauman of Elmira, Pauline and Gerald Wideman of Dorking, and son-in-law Aaron and Melanie Martin. Loving grandmother of 22 grandchildren and 46 great-grandchildren. Survived by her sister Sarah and Henry Brubacher and brother-in-law Moses B. Martin. Predeceased by her parents Elias R. and Leavea (Frey) Martin, siblings David and Venerva Martin, Jesse and Minerva Martin, Malinda and Urias Martin, Mary Ann Martin, daughter Lorene (Mrs. Aaron) Martin and her first husband James Weber, and sons Vernon and Joseph. The family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 from 1-8 p.m. at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, 62 Arthur St. S., Elmira. A family service will take place in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at 9 a.m., then to Elmira Mennonite Meeting House, 68 Church St. W., Elmira, for burial and public service.

Lorene Bauman, beloved wife of Aaron Martin and by her first marriage to the late James Weber. Daughter of Susannah and the late Elo Bauman. Dear mother of Bernice, Shirley (Hugh Byce), Marzella, Wilmer, Valerie and Janelle.
