HALBERSTADT, Jessie MayOf Pineview Avenue, Cambridge, on Tuesday, Sept. 30, 1997, Jessie Barnett, in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of Harry; dear mother Charles of Scarborough. Donald of Brantford and Jean (Mrs. Joseph Peltier) of Harriston township. Mich. Lovingly remembered by nine grandchildren: 12 great-grandchildren; one brother, John Barnett of Eagle Lake and one sister, EvaBradford of Cambridge. Predeceased by her parents, William and Fannie Barnett and two sisters, Lilia and Jean. Mrs. Haberstadt was born in Plattsvthe and was alifelong resident of the area. She was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church. Friends will be received at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge, today (Thursday) from 7-9 p.m. and Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be conducted by Rev. Norris Heubner on Saturday, Oct. 4, 1997, at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, 810 King St. E., Cambridge at 11 a.m. Interment in Preston Cemetery.
