Of 137 Schlueter St., Cambridge, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Wednesday, April 14, 1993, Joan Elizabeth Riddell, beloved wife of Leslie Brodhaecker, in her 31st year. Dear daughter of James Riddell and the late Patricia Lashbrook. Loving step-daughter of Joan Riddell, all of Cambridge. Also survived by two brothers, Paul and his wife Ann of Cambridge and Ian of London, Ont. and one sister, Nancy and her husband Donald Cherry of Cambridge. Also survived by one niece, Christine Riddell; a nephew, Kyle Cherry and one godchild, Madison Roberts. Fondly remembered by her in-laws, Howard and Barbara Brodhaecker of Cambridge. Mrs. Joan Brodhaecker was born in Cambridge and lived here all her life. She was an active member of Knox Preston Presbyterian Church. By request of the family, there will be no visitation at the funeral home. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held Sunday, April 18, 1993, at 3 p.m., at the Knox Preston Presbyterian Church, 132 Argyl St. N., Cambridge.
