Owner/Manager Automotive Refinishing on Colby Drive, Waterloo. Passed away at Caressant Care, Listowel on October 6, 2017, following a lengthy illness with brain tumours and Parkinson's. Gary Baerwinkel of Listowel, formerly of Waterloo at the age of 51 is predeceased by his parents, Helmut and Erika (Lang) Baerwinkel. Proud father of Erika Baerwinkel of Elmira. Dear brother of Bryan (Lucy Bastien) of Waterloo and uncle of Cindy and Eric. Loved grandson of Magdelina Lang. Dear nephew of Hilda and cousin to Heidi and Connie all of Edmonton. The family wish to thank the North Perth Community Hospice and the staff of Caressant Care, Listowel. The family will receive their friends at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home Waterloo Chapel, 617 King St. N., Waterloo (across from Home Depot) where a celebration of Gary's life, will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, October 14th. Cremation followed by interment, Ayr Cemetery.
