He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. William G. Cook. Jr. of RR 1. Gadshill The child was born Nov 21. 1967 in Kitchener

Besides his parents, he is survived by four brothers. William. David. Paul and Mark, all at home, two sisters Barbara and Margaret, both at home; paternal grandparents. Mr. and Mrs. William Cook Sr. of RR 1, Gadshill and his maternal grandparents.
