    ABERLE, Leslie - On Tuesday, Sept. 4, at the K-W Hospital, age 74 years; beloved husband of Edith Ritter of Elmira; dear father of William of Route 1 West Montrose; Murray of Route 2, Elmira; Mrs. Charles (Marie) Dillon of Waterloo; brother of Roy of Eimira and Mrs. Jack (Irma) Soehner of Elmira; also survived by 12 grandchildren.

    Friends may call at the Dreisinger Funeral Parlor, Elmira, after 7 p.m. today, until Thursday noon, when removal moval will be made to Paul's Lutheran Church funeral service service at 2 p. m. Burial in the Elmira cemetery.

    ABERLE, William Jacob "Bill" - Peacefully went home to be with the Lord, on Saturday, October 22, 2005, at Leisureworld Care Centre, Elmira. Bill Aberle, in his 77th year, of Elmira, formerly of RR 1, West Montrose.Beloved husband of Ruth (Grosz) Aberle, with whom he shared 53 years of marriage. Devoted and loving father of Larry and Kathryn of Kitchener, John and Linda of Mildmay, Diane and Steve Watts of Paris, Janet and Peter Bingeman of Petersburg, David and Jan Dingwall of West Montrose and Stephen of Elmira. Cherished grandfather to 18 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Brother of Murray and Darlene Aberle of RR 2, Elmira, Marie and Chuck Dillon of Port Elgin.Predeceased by his parents, Leslie and Edith (Ritter) Aberle.Bill was a lifelong, faithful member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Elmira.The family will receive friends and relatives at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira this evening (Monday) from 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. At 9 a.m. on Wednesday, October 26 transfer will be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Elmira for funeral service at 11 a.m. with Rev. Richard Frey officiating. Interment in Memory Gardens, Breslau at 3 p.m.In his memory, donations to Lutheran Braille Workers of Canada, Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario or Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family as expressions of sympathy. The family extend a sincere thank you to the caring staff at Leisureworld, Elmira.
