    WIDEMAN, Hannah

    On Monday, May 7, 1990, at Martin's Rest Home, Elmira, Hannah Wideman, in her 99th year, formerly of RR 2, West Montrose. Wife of the late Elias Wideman. Survived by one brother, Sylvester of Floradale; two sisters, Lydia Brubacher and Phyanna Ziegler, both of Elmira. Three step-sons, Tilman of RR 2, Wallenstein, Clayton of Elmira, Ephraim of RR 1, Elora; four step-daughters, Mary (Mrs. Angus Martin) of RR 2, Wallenstein, Lydia. Ann (Mrs. Milton Bauman) of Floradale, Erma (Mrs. Milton Martin) of RR 2, West Montrose and Wilma (Mrs. Alvin Martin) of RR 2, Wallenstein. Seventy step-grandchildren; 191 great-grandchildren and 25 great-great-grandchildren also survive. Predeceased by five step-sons; one step-daughter; six brothers; three sisters; and her parents, Moses and Lydia Bauman. Friends may call at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira, after 2 p.m. today (Tuesday). A family service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday at 1 p.m., then to the Elmira Mennonite Meeting House for further public funeral service and burial in the adjoining cemetery.

Elias (son of Menno Wideman and Judith Martin) was born 27 Jan 1889, Woolwich Twp., Waterloo Region, Ontario, Canada; died 15 Aug 1964, Kitchener, Waterloo Region, Ontario, Canada; was buried 17 Aug 1964, Elmira Mennonite Cemetery, Elmira, Waterloo Region, Ontario, Canada.
