    Litwiller, Rachel, daughter of Christian and Annie (Lichti) Jantzi, was born May 19, 1878, in Wellesley Twp., Ont.; died of a heart attack at Kitchener, Ont., April 26, 1960; aged 81 y. 11 m. 7 d. In 1896 she was married to Jacob Litwiller, who died in 1928. Surviving are 5 sons (Nelson, Uruguay; Milton and Delton, Kitchener; Reuben, Preston; and Orrie, Waterloo), 3 daughters (Edna--Mrs. Amos Swartzentruber, Argentina; Ella--Mrs. Clifford Snider, Kitchener; and Eleanor--Mrs. Anson Litwiller, Toronto), and one sister (Mrs. Fannie Gerber). She was a member of the Steinman Church, where funeral services were held April 29, in charge of Orland Gingerich, assisted by Leslie Martin and John Mosemann.

    Litwiller, Nelson, son of Jacob and Rachel (Jantzi) Litwiller, was born in St. Agatha, Ont., Feb. 16, 1898; died of cancer at Goshen, Ind., Nov. 18, 1986; aged 88 y. On Apr. 12, 1919, he was married to Ada Ramseyer, who survives. Also surviving are 4 daughters (Lois Buckwalter, Beulah Gonzales, Eunice Miller, and Esther Schertz), 16 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, one brother (Orie), and one sister (Eleanor Litwiller). He was preceded in death by one son (John Timothy Nelson), 2 sisters (Edna Swartzentruber and Ella Snyder), and 3 brothers (Milton, Reuben, and Delton). In 1925 he and his wife were appointed as missionaries to Argentina, and also served in Uruguay. He was a member of College Mennonite Church, where funeral services were held on Nov. 20, in charge of James Waltner; interment in St. Agatha, Ont.

    Litwiller, Milton, died at Stratford General Hospital, Sept. 25, 1978; aged 78 y. He was married to Rachel Schwartzentruber, who preceded him in death. He was later married to Selma Schwartzentruber, who also preceded him in death. Surviving are his third wife (Mabel Roth), 3 sons (Newton, Douglas, and Robert), 3 daughters (Lorna Mrs. James Brubacher, Alice Mrs. Alex Kinzie, and Carol Mrs. Clare Maltby), 2 stepsons (Wray and Paul Bender), one stepdaughter (Grace Bender), 8 other stepchildren, 15 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, 4 brothers (Nelson, Reuben, Delton, and Orrie), and one sister (Mrs. Eleanor Litwiller). He was preceded in death by 2 sisters (Edna and Ella). Funeral services were held at First Mennonite Church on Sept. 27, in charge of Wilmer Martin and David Brunner; interment in church cemetery.

    SNIDER, Mrs, Clifford (Ella) -- On Friday, November 19, 1976, as the result of a heart attack, while visiting friends at K-W Hospital, aged 70 years, Ella Litwiller of 604 Charles St. E., Kitchener.A member of First Mennonite Church; daughter of the late Jacob Litwiller, and the former Rachel Jantzi. Surviving is her husband, Clifford Snider; two sons, Clifford Jr., of Elmira and John of Kitchener; three daughters, Grace (Mrs. David Tomlinson) of Cambridge (Galt), Mary (Mrs. Ervin Jewitt) of Waterloo and Mrs. Barbara Weber of Kitchener; five brothers, Rev. Nelson Litwiller of Indiana, Milton of Ailsa Graig, Reuben of Stratford, Delton of Kitchener, Orie of Waterloo; two sisters, Mrs. Edna Swartzentruber of South America and Mrs. Eleanora Litwiller of Toronto. Also survived by 16 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.Visitation at the Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Home, 51 Benton St., Kitchener, after 7 p.m. tonight, until noon on Monday when removal will be made to First Mennonite Church for funeral service at 2 p.m., Rev Glen Brubacher and Rev Elmer Schwartzentruber officiating. interment to follow in St. Agatha Mennonite Cemetery.

    TOMLINSON, Grace Anne (nee Snider) Peacefully after a brief illness, at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital, Grace went to be with her Lord, on Saturday December 18, 2010 at the age of 73. Predeceased by her beloved husband David Tomlinson (2009). Cherished mother of Marian Adeboboye (Tai), Joanne Tomlinson and Becky Tomlinson (Tim Steenkist). Special grandmother of Adam, Naomi, Daniel, Isaiah, Stage and Skylar. Sister of Clifford Jr., John, Mary Shantz, and Barbara Klaver. Step daughter of Elaine Snider. Predeceased by her parents Clifford and Ella Snider. Resting at Corbett Funeral Home , 95 Dundas Street, Cambridge where the family will receive friends on Tuesday December 21, 2010 from 10 a.m. until the funeral service, to be conducted in the funeral home chapel at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Parklawn Cemetery. Special thank you to the staff and doctors on floor 3B at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital. Donations may be made to the Gideon's Bible Society.
