Marion Stahlschmidt

PRESTON, Marion Doris Stahlschmidt of 618 Argyle St. S., died Tuesday, at South Waterloo Hospital, Galt. Miss Stahlschmidt was born in Preston and was the youngest daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William A. Stahlschmidt. She was a dietician from 1917 to 1928, at the Sick Children's Hospital, in Toronto, then held the same position at Grosse Pointe Cottage Hospital, near Detroit, from 1929 to 1946. She returned to reside in Preston, in 1946 and was a member of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church, in Kitchener. Surviving are a sister, Alma of Preston and several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. The body is at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, where a private funeral service will be conducted, Friday, at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Preston cemetery.
