Edial Albrecht, 68, of Wellesley, died Wednesday, July 27, at St. Mary's Hospital after a brief illness. Born Aug. 26, 1898 in Mornington Township, he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Albrecht. He was a member of First St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Wellesley, and had been employed with Bisch Construction Co. of Wellesley for the past two years.

Surviving are his wife, the former Lavina Schweitzer, whom he married at Kitchener, May 31, 1924; three sons, Roy of Flint, Mich., Murray and Arthur, both of Wellesley; one brother, Ell of Milverton; three sisters, Mrs. John (Mary) Eydt and Mrs. Emanuel (Dora) Wagner, both of Wellesley, and Mrs. Henry (Emma) Fleischauer of Milverton; and one grandchild. Service was July 30 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Wellesley. Rev. Ronald Relscorf officiated. Burial was in the church cemetery.

Beloved wife of Emanuel Wagner of Brunner Nursing Home; dear mother of Esther (Mrs. Elmer Wagner) of RR 1, St. Agatha; dear sister of Eli Albrecht of Milverton and Emma (Mrs. Henry Fleischauer) of Milverton; lovingly remembered by seven grand-children and three great-grandchildren. ALBRECHT, Arthur L.-Passed away on Saturday, June 30, 2001, at K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, Arthur Lloyd Albrecht, of Molesworth St., in Wellesley.

He was born in Wellesley 66 years ago. Son of the late Edial Albrecht and the late Lavina Schweitzer. Art was a member of First St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Wellesley. He was employed with Warren Bitulithic Ltd., retiring in 1981 due to ill health.

Lovingly remembered by his brother, Roy and his wife Elaine Albrecht of Clio, Mich.; dear uncle of Judy and her husband Kevin Hunter of Kitchener; great-uncle of Sarah Hunter.

Predeceased by a brother, Murray Albrecht in 1979 and by his sister-in-law, Ruth Albrecht. Visitation at the Futher Bros. Funeral Home, 1172 Henry St., Wellesley where family and friends will be received today (Tuesday) from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. At 12 noon Wednesday, July 4, 2001 removal will be made to First St. Paul's Lutheran Church for the service at 2: 30 p.m. Pastor R. George Reinhart will officiate. Burial will follow in the churchh cemetery.
