  Adam B. Hoffer Ill for seven weeks, Adam B. Hoffer, 79, of 110 Chestnut St., died yesterday at K-W Hospital. He had been retired for the last 10 years. Mr. Hoffer was born in North Woolwich Township near Floradale, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Nicholas Hoffer. His wife, the former Elizabeth Miller, survives. A cabinet maker, he had worked for both the Baetz and Wunder Furniture Companies. He was a member of Trinity United Church and of the St. Lawrence Lodge, A.F. and A.M., Southampton. Surviving are four sons, Clarence, Orval, and Emerald, Kitchener; and Homer in Indiana; one brother, David, Elmira; and two sisters, Mrs. Catherine Scherrer and Mrs Caroline Bradley Kitchener; and Homer in Indiana; one brother, David, Elmira; and two sisters, Mrs. Catherine Scherrer and Mrs. Caroline Bradley, Kitchener. He was predeceased by three brothers and one sister. Eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild also survive. The body is at the Keffer Funeral Home where the funeral will be held Friday at 2:30p.m. with interment in Woodland Cemetery. Rev. Orville P. Hossie will officiate.
