  MRS. SOL. MILLER HAS PASSED AWAY DEPARTED LIFE ON SATURDAY EVENING After an illness extending over three years, patiently borne, Mrs. Solomon Miller departed this life on Saturday evening, October 30th. Her death was caused by tuberculosis of the throat. Mrs. Miller was ?8 years, 3 months and 28 days of age. She was born near Mildmay, Ont. Mr. and Mrs. Miller were married 22 years ago. For sometime they lived in Dakota and afterward in Alberta. They removed to Elmira two years ago. To them were born six daughters and one son. They names are: Ismay, Minerva, Ernest, Cathryn, Matilda, Bertha, E???leen. They all live at home. Mr. Miller's maiden name was Amanda Amelia Zinn. Her father and mother both predecease her. Four brothers and nine sisters survive her, namely: Mrs. C. Trietz, Listowel; Mrs. Groff, Stratford; Mrs. Litt, Stratford; Mrs. Durst, Sebringville; Mrs. Dippel, Wallace; Mrs. Dix, Mildmay; Mrs. Haggerty, Arthur; Mrs. Schwalm, Pinkham, Sask.; Mrs. Boettger, Mayton, Alta., and Mr. Ezra Zinn, Mayton, Alta., Mr. Edward Zinn, Salem, Oregon; Mr. George Schill, of Gifford, Wash.; and Mr. Daniel Schill, of Listowel. Mrs. Miller was a faithful member of the Elmira Evangelical Church. Her funeral was on Tuesday afternoon held from the family residence to the Evangelical Church, where services were held. Afterward her remains were laid to rest in the Union cemetery. Rev. G. F. Brown officiated. Many relatives and friends attended the funeral out of respect to a good wife and mother. The sympathy of the community is being extended to the bereaved husband and family in their heavy affliction.
