- Mrs. Charles Dahmer
Mrs. Charles Dahmer of 9 Pine St., died Sunday at K-W Hospital. She was 83 and had been in failing health.
The former Augusta Schedler, she was born on Huron Road, Oct. 20, 1883. She was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Reinholdt Schedler. Mrs. Dahmer came to Kitchener in 1910 and was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church.
Surviving are her husband to whom she was married in Kitchener in March, 1903; one son, Ayrion, Kitchener; three daughters, Mrs. Frederick (Edna) Bailey, Port Credit; Mrs. Alfred (May) Kipp and Mrs. Lorne (Bernice) Schmidt, both of Kitchener; two sisters, Mrs. Joseph (Victoria) Beck, Waterloo, and Mrs. Clara Thorne, Toronto; 13 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
The body is at the Gruhn Funeral Home where the service will be conducted Wednesday at 2 p.m. by Rev. Dr. H. W. Opperman. Burial will be in St. Peter's Lutheran cemetery.
