  Barbara Jackson AYR, Barbara Rose Jackson, 13, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Christopher Jackson of Ottawa, died Monday at Ottawa Civic Hospital. She had been ill for a year, with rheumatic fever, but had been allowed home from hospital to spend Christmas with her family. Her mother is the former Betty Welsh of Ayr. Surviving, besides her parents, are a younger sister, Heather, and grandmothers, Mrs. Jackson of Nova Scotia and Mrs. Rose Welsh of Brantford. The funeral will be conducted, Wednesday, in Ottawa, with interment here, Thursday, at 2 p.m., at the Ayr Cemetery Chapel. Rev. Victor Buchanan of Knox United Church will officiate.
