  MISS C. MILLER DIES IN GALT Youngest Daughter of the Late County Judge Miller Asphyxiated at Her Home Galt, Nov. 2.-Miss Carrie Miller, aged about fifty-five years, occupying a cottage on Wellington street, was found Saturday afternoon unconscious from the effcets of escaping coal gas from the furnace, started for the first time this season, caused, it is claimed, by the chimney being stopped up. Mrs. Patton, a cousin of Miss Miller, who lived with the latter, was also affected, but recovered under medical treatment. Miss Miller was taken to the hospital, but died at 2 o'clock this morning. Deceased was the youngest child of the late County Judge Miller of Galt, and a sister of Mrs. Z. A. Lash Toronto and Mr. Henry Miller of Winnipeg. The Chronicle Telegraph, 5 Nov 1908, p. 8
