  BELL, Charles Arthur "Art" - With sadness, the family announce the passing of Art at Lakeland Regional Hospital, in Lakeland, Florida on October 6, 2009. Born in Lacombe, Alberta on February 8, 1939, raised in Stratford, Ontario. Art is survived by his loving wife Olga, dear father of Terry, Leslie, Michael and Michelle. Grandpa to Tara, Cody, Kaven, Tanner and Cameron. Dear brother of Olive Bell, Lorna (Bill) Switzer, Jim (Beth) Bell. Many cousins, nieces and nephews as well mourn his loss. Predeceased by his loving parents, Lorne and Viola Bell. Art has been cremated and is buried in Lakeland Memorial Gardens, Florida. The family invite you to a Celebration of Art's life at the Army Navy and Air Force Building, 151 Lorne Ave. E., in Stratford on Tuesday November 24, 2009, from 6: 30 to 9 p.m. If desired, donations may be made in memory of Art to the Cancer Society or a charity of your choice.
