  COL. FRASER'S WIDOW IN CITY ALL LIFE, DIES A lifelong resident of Toronto, Mrs. Christina Elizabeth Frances Fraser, widow of Colone Alexander Fraser died at her residence, Woodlawn Ave., W.. last night in her 74th year. Mrs. Fraser was the daughter of the late Samuel F. Ramsay. M.D. She attended Deer Park United church. Col. Fraser was Ontario Archivist from 1903 to 1932 and secretary and aide-de-camp to the lieutenant-governor of Ontario from 1915 to 1930. Surviving are two sons, Evan H. Fraser, Toronto, Alastair D. R. Fraser. Windsor; four daughters, Mrs. Clark H. Foreman, Washington; Mrs. Rex Richardson. Valleyfield, Que.: Mrs. Donald S.
