MANNHEIM, April 1. - A quiet wedding was solemnized at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Addison Rickert on Saturday evening March 28 when their youngest daughter Clara Doris became the bride of Elmer John Jacob, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. George Jacob of New Dun dee. Rev. G. R. Schultz officiated.
The bride was gowned in a powder blue crepe dress with accessories to match. She was at tended by her sister, Miss Beatrice Rickert, wearing a wine colored crepe dress with accessories to match. Mr. Donald Jacob, brother of the bridegroom, was the best man. After the ceremony a wedding supper was served. Only the immediate families were present.Pastor Dick Holm officiating. Burial to follow in Union Cemetery, New Dundee.
