  CLAUD D. HOLM YALE - Claud D. Holm, 76, former resident of Yale, Memphis, and Waterford, Mich., died Friday in a Pontiac hospital where he had been a patient three weeks. He returned only three weeks ago from California where he had resided the last 10 years. Mr. Holm was born Nov. 7, 1892 in Canada, son of the late Cyrus and Mailda Holm.. Mr. Holm married Mabel Chadwick in 1934. She died in 1953. While in Yale, he was weaver for the Yale Woolen Mills, now closed. In Memphis, he worked for a tool company. Surviving are a son, Fred, Waterford; three daughters, Mrs. Robert Davis, Draytonl Plains; Mrs. Albert Baylis, Pontiac, and Mrs. Clair White, Yale; eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren, two sisters, Mrs. William Bidleman and Mrs. Claud Turner, both of Yale, and two brothers, Ruldan and Alvin Holm, both of Canada. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m., Monday in Kaatz Funeral Home. Guy Modlin, pastor of Yale Church of Christ, will officiate. Burial will be in Memphis Cemetery.
