    • SHANTZ--May 3rd, 1966, Clayton B. (Jack) aged 73 years, beloved husband of Mrs. Pat Shantz, 2103 28th Ave. S.W. Also surviving are a step daughter, Mrs. Gordon (Bea) Cotton, Cochrane, a stepson David A. Pattie, Nanaimo, B.C., 4 granddaughters, a sister, Mrs. Luanna Weber, Preston, Ont., a nephew Raymond L. Shantz, Didsbury.

      Born at Waterloo, Ontario, he came to Didsbury in 1900 and resided at Calgary since 1916. Mr. Shantz was a diesel mechanic by trade and was employed with Union Tractor and Street, Robbins, Morrow for many years.
