- KNARR, Corintha (Corine) (nee Ditner) - Peacefully on May 15, 2006 at her residence at Columbia Forest Long Term Care Facility, in her 89th year. Corine spent most of her working years in the field of business. In particular she and her husband, Jack Bisch, owned and operated No. 7 Snack Bar in the 1950s. She used her many creative talents in the operation of Christmas Corner in Waterloo and Wiarton with her husband, Clayton Knarr. Beloved wife of the late Clayton Knarr (1999) and the late Jack Bisch (1957).Loving mother of Rosemary (Stan) Sobiera; mother-in-law of Jane Bisch and step-mother of Donna Aram. Loving grandmother of Mary-Jo MacDonald, Dr. Ruthanne Sobiera (Dr. Jeffrey Neville), Colleen (Mark) Cameron, Tim Bisch, Sherri (Jeffrey) Watchorn, Pamela (David) Thorn and Catherine (Nick) Mucci. Also great-grandmother of Emily MacDonald, Nolan, Henry and Maxwell Neville, Katie, Molly and Grace Cameron, Jacob Bisch, Ryan and Landon Watchorn, Megan and Chantal Thorn and Blake Mucci. Survived by her sister, Myrtle Schwalm; sister-in-law, Margaret Burchett and many nieces and nephews.Predeceased by her son, Lance Bisch (1994); son-in-law, Kenneth Aram (1994); parents, Alphonse and Catherine (Schmuck) Ditner; brother, Ignatius (Bud) Ditner; sisters, Katherine (Kate) Lee, Rosetta Koehn, Isabel Frank and Hilara Reeve. Special thanks to Dr. Ross Kennel and the dedicated staff at Columbia Forest Long Term Care Facility, particularly Johnston House, for the love and care you provided for Mom.Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Home & Chapel 51 Benton at Church Street, Kitchener today (Wednesday) from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Rosary will be recited along with memory sharing at 8: 45 p.m. this evening. A funeral will be held on Thursday, May 18, 2006 at 10 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Fr. Joseph de Viveiros C.R. officiating. Interment Woodland Cemetery.
