  Dr. Edgar Lovell Proctor died In Oshawa Hospital on Saturday. He was the husband of the former Alice R. Fennell of Kitchener. Dr. Proctor was in his 81st year. The body is resting at the Luke McIntosh funeral home, Oshawa. Funeral services will be held from St.. John's Anglican Church.
